Leach Construction was honored by the HBRA with two awards this year. “Room to Grow” earned the Remodeling award for $174/SF and under, while “The Great Escape” earned the Design Feature award.

Andy Leach of Leach Construction was honored as the “Builder of the Year” at the Home Builders Annual Dinner this year. Congratulations to the whole crew who makes this all possible.

Leach Construction was honored by the HBRA with more awards this year. “Simply Modern” won for Energy Efficiency and Single Family Home $175-$275/SF. “The Stone Cottage” earned the Remodeling award for $174/SF and under, while “Lake House Legacy” earned the Remodeling Award for $175-$275/SF. “Shoreline Retreat” earned Design Feature award.

 

Leach Construction earned 5 awards from the HBRA this year. “Island Retreat” won for Energy Efficiency for a multi-family, and the People’s Choice Award. “Modern Mountain Getaway” earned awards for Single Family Home $175-$275/SF and Energy Efficiency. “New Life for Classic Cape” earned the Remodeling award for Single Family Home less than $175/SF.

This Modern Vermont home was featured in Design New England Magazine, Jan/Feb 2015.  The custom design, dramatic architecture, complex use of materials, custom design features, sophisticated finishes, and high performance make this home truly innovative and unique.  It earned the ENERGY STAR Energy Efficiency Award and the People’s Choice award from the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Northern VT in 2013.

At the November 2014 Home Builders Better Home Awards, Leach Construction of Vermont won 2014 Builder of the Year, Best Residential
Renovation Under $250,000.
